To make it easy for you, updating or cancelling an agency shift works in exactly the same way it does for workers.


Updating a shift

  1. Go to calendar view and click on the confirmed shift.
  2. Click Edit in the shift details panel.
  3. Change the applicable details and click Update.
  4. The pill will turn purple and show Unconfirmed until the agent re-confirms the shift.



Cancelling a shift

  1. Go to calendar view and click on the confirmed shift.
  2. Click Delete in the shift details panel.
  3. Choose the reason and confirm.


If the shift has not yet been accepted by an agency, the pill will disappear from their Emprevo. 

If the shift has been accepted by an agency, the pill will disappear from their Emprevo and they’ll also get an email notification telling them that the shift has been cancelled.

Please note that Emprevo is not intended to replace processes which may have been agreed with your agencies for last minute cancellations or changes, or emergencies.
