Your dashboard is an overview of all of the shifts that matter to you. You can see how many shifts are filled across all of your locations, and a location-by-location breakdown.

If you’re on Emprevo Plus plan, you can look at different time periods by selecting Filter by at the top-right to view by week or by day. You can also Search by location to jump to the relevant location.

View shifts in calendar

In your calendar you can select which location to view in the top-left drop-down menu. But what if you’re in the dashboard?

To jump straight from the dashboard to a location, simply click the link next to the location name. It’ll take you right there!

Identifying locations with many unfilled shifts

Need to get a sense of which locations need the most help? Simply click Sort by and select Priority. Emprevo will show you locations with the highest number of unfilled shifts at the top.

If you need to look deeper, click View unfilled. This takes you to the calendar view for that location and applies a filter to only show you unfilled shifts. To clear the filter and return to standard view, click Reset filters above the calendar.
