If you sent news announcement to your company and/or location(s) you will be able to see the sent news  in 'manage news' page. 

If one of your location or more that you manage are included in the sent news, as a Manager you will be seeing this sent news too (even if you're not the sender) 


On this page, there are few things you can do:

  • See how many people have read the news - click on the news announcement to open the RHS panel and click on the 'recipients' list of 'read' vs 'unread' 
  • Resend the news to those who haven't read it yet from the RHS panel or from the '...' shortcut option.
  • If you have any issue, please copy the News ID in your support ticket submission from 'Details' tab on the RHS panel and select 'Click to reveal and copy'
