Editing accepted shifts


You can add edit any filled (accepted) or unfilled shifts by clicking on a green shift, and updating the details. Please note that you can only edit shift that hasn't started/ended. At this stage, you can only remove past shifts.


Please keep in mind that if you are updating the start /end time or shift notes, the shift will be re-published to to the same worker who previously accepted the shift. 


What is an unconfirmed shift?


That worker will receive an email and push notification, to inform them that the shift details have been edited. They will then need to ‘confirm’ the shift again. When this happens, you will see the edited shift status will change to ‘unconfirmed’. It will go back to being ‘accepted’ and green once the worker has re-confirmed it.

You have also have the option to unassign the worker from that shift and republish the shift to another worker. Once you unassign a worker, they will be sent a cancellation email / push notification. Please note that if you republish to the same group that the unassigned worker belongs to then they might be receiving the notification again.
