An unconfirmed shift will occur when you accept a shift, but the details have changed.

This happens when a shift manager edits a shift that you have accepted, and makes changes to the start and end times of the shift, or some details about the shift.

We’ll let you know when a shift's details have changed. You will need to reconfirm that you’re still ok to work that shift.

If you are unable to attend, please contact your shift manager directly.
