Emprevo will send you notifications of new shifts that become available to you. You can also receive shift reminder notifications, to remind you when you have a shift starting in 12 hours.
By default your shift notifications will be turned on, but you can change your notification settings from your mobile app, or via your web browser.
You can also choose whether to receive notifications on your phone, or via email.
To manage your notification settings:
From your mobile app
- Select Preferences at the bottom of your screen
- Tap Notification settings
- From here you can turn on / off push and email notifications, and shift reminder alerts.
On your web browser
- Go to your Preferences menu
- From here you can can tick / untick your email and app notifications, and shift reminder alerts.
Please note that you will still be getting shift cancellation notifications even if you have turned off your email/push notifications setting.
