You can set a weekly or fortnightly work hour limit for each worker so that they do not work too many hours in each week or fortnight. After reaching the work hour limit, the worker won't be notified of any further published shifts for that work period and won’t be able to accept any more shifts.  

 

To set a work hour limit, your company admin must have set a start date in your company’s settings. Check with your company admin if you're unsure.

 

New workers

  • Click the + button on the top right of your People page to add a new worker. 
  • After completing the other details, select the appropriate work limit period – either weekly or fortnightly.
  • Enter the hourly limit for that work period.
  • Click Save.

Existing workers – manager plus only

  • Click on the worker in the People page.
  • Select the Company tab and click Edit.
  • Select the appropriate work limit period – either weekly or fortnightly.
  • Enter the hourly limit for that worker.
  • Click Save.

 

You can change or remove a worker’s work hour limit at any time. The worker won’t receive a notification that there has been a change.
