By default, you will receive a shift reminder notification to remind you when you have a shift starting in 12 hours.
To turn this off:
From your mobile app
- Tap on Profile / Preferences at the bottom right of your screen
- Tap Notification settings
- Tap the slider next to Reminders
On your web browser
- Go to your Preferences menu
- Under Notification Settings, click the slider next to Shift reminders.
