The shift calendar is where you can view, filter, add and edit all of your shifts on Emprevo.

Each shift in the Emprevo calendar is called a shift pill.

  • purple shift pill in your calendar means that a shift is unfilled – it has not yet been confirmed by a worker.
  • green shift pill in your calendar is a shift that is confirmed. A worker has stated that they will attend this shift.
  • An unconfirmed shift pill in your calendar means you, or another manager, have changed the shift details of a filled shift and Emprevo is waiting for the worker to confirm those changes. For more on unconfirmed shifts, see our article on cancelling and editing shifts here
  • problem shift in your calendar means that a filled shift has automatically become unfilled because the worker who accepted is no longer eligible for the shift (for example, the worker has had access removed to the location). The shift needs to be republished to eligible workers.
