An unconfirmed shift happens when you accept a shift and your manager then changes the shift details. The previously accepted shift pill will turn back to purple and show as Unconfirmed. Depending on your preferences, you’ll also receive a push notification and/or email letting you know.

To confirm that you are still able to work the shift, simply tap the shift pill and choose Accept! 

If you can’t do the shift anymore, please contact your manager directly. Your manager can also see if you have not re-confirmed that you can do the shift, and may contact you to discuss if the shift starts soon.
