Emprevo will send you notifications about:
- company news announcements;
- new and updated shifts that become available to you; and
- shift reminder notifications, to remind you when you have a shift starting in 12 hours.
By default, your email notifications are turned off. You can change your notification settings from your mobile app or via your web browser.
To manage your notification settings:
From your mobile app
- Tap on Profile / Preferences at the bottom right of your screen
- Tap Notification settings
- From here you can turn on / off push and email notifications, and shift reminder alerts.
On your web browser
- Go to your Preferences menu
- Under Notification Settings, you can tick / untick your email and app notifications, and shift reminder alerts.
