Set when you want to work


Ensure you only see shifts that are relevant to you by customising your availability.

 

By default, you are set to available at all times. We recommend regularly checking and updating your availability so that you’re only notified about the shifts that you want. Only unavailable for a little while? That’s no trouble. You can set yourself as unavailable for a specific period on any given day, and you’ll stay available for the rest of the day. 

 

Note: your company may also require you to comply with additional processes outside of Emprevo for unavailability or annual leave – check with your manager if you’re unsure.

 

You can access your availability settings either from your mobile app or on your web browser.




On your web browser:

  • Access the availability settings by clicking on the Availability drop-down on any day from your calendar.



From your mobile app:

  • Tap on the Availability icon on the bottom left of the screen.
  • From here you can update your availability for any day or part of a day, and can set yourself as unavailable for multiple days at once.
  • You can also access the availability settings on any day directly from the calendar
