If you have unfilled shifts that you're having trouble filling, you can re-publish them to other workers. For companies with Agency Bank, you can also re-publish to your external agencies.

Republish an unfilled shift

• Click on the shift pill in the calendar.
• Click Edit.
• Under Publish to, select the new category of workers to publish the shift to.
• Click Update.

Republish a filled shift

To remove a worker who has accepted the shift and publish it to other workers:  

• Click on the shift pill in the calendar.
• Click Edit.
• Under Accepted by, select Change.
• Select the new category of workers to publish the shift to.
• Click Update.

The worker will receive a notification that the shift has been cancelled.

Note that you can’t republish shifts with a start time in the past. You’ll need to cancel and create a new shift.
